The Felicitation Ceremony in Honour of Most Venerable Sayadaw Bhaddhanta Sujana Piya on the Conferment of the 2026 Religious Title “Agga Maha Saddhamma Jotika Dhaja” was organized by the Dhamma family and lay devotees of Ratna Vipassana Vihar Buddhist Monastery at the Ratna Vipassana Vihar Buddhist Monastery, Kathmandu on 29 July at 0930 hrs.
At the ceremony, H.E. U Thant Sin, the Ambassador of Myanmar to Nepal, delivered congratulatory remarks to the Most Venerable Sayadaw Bhaddhanta Sujana Piya on the conferment of the religious title, while highlighting the Venerable Sayadaw’s significant contributions to the flourishing of Theravada Buddhism and strengthening the longstanding religious and cultural ties between Myanmar and Nepal.
Afterward, the congregation observed the Eight Precepts administered by the Most Venerable Sayadaw, followed by a sermon on the Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta. The ceremony was graced by over 100 guests, including Myanmar Embassy staff and their family members, the Dhamma family and lay devotees of the Monastery and other invited guests.

နီပေါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး က “အဂ္ဂမဟာသဒ္ဓမ္မဇောတိကဓဇ” ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်တော် ချီးမြှင့်အပ်နှင်းခြင်းခံရသည့် ဆရာတော် ဦးသုဇနပ္ပိယ အား ထပ်ဆင့်ဂုဏ်ပြုသည့်အခမ်းအနားသို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ခြင်း

ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရမှ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်အတွက် သာသနာတော်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်များချီးမြှင့်အပ်နှင်းရာတွင် “အဂ္ဂမဟာသဒ္ဓမ္မဇောတိကဓဇ” ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်တော် ဆက်ကပ် ချီးမြှင့်အပ်နှင်းခြင်းခံရသည့် ကတ္တမန္ဒူးမြို့ရှိ ရတနာဝိပဿနာကျောင်းတိုက်၊ ကျောင်းထိုင် ဆရာတော် အဂ္ဂမဟာသဒ္ဓမ္မဇောတိကဓဇ ဘဒ္ဒန္တသုဇနပ္ပိယ အား ရတနာဝိပဿနာကျောင်းတိုက် ဓမ္မမိသားစုနှင့် ဒါယိကာ၊ ဒါယိကာမ များက ထပ်ဆင့်ဂုဏ်ပြုသည့်အခမ်းအနားကို ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၂၉ ရက်၊ ၀၉၃၀ နာရီတွင် ကတ္တမန္ဒူးမြို့ရှိ ရတနာဝိပဿနာကျောင်းတိုက်၌ ကျင်းပ ပြုုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားတွင် နီပေါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးသန့်စင် က ဆရာတော် ဘဒ္ဒန္တသုဇနပ္ပိယ အား သာသနာတော်ဆိုင်ရာဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်တော် ချီးမြှင့်ခံရခြင်းအတွက် ဝမ်းမြောက် ဂုဏ်ပြုစကားနှင့် မြန်မာနှင့် နီပေါ နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ရှည်ကြာစွာ တည်ရှိခဲ့သည့် သာသနာရေးနှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးမှုဆိုင်ရာ ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုကို ပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်ခိုင်မာစေရေးနှင့် ထေရဝါဒဗုဒ္ဓ သာသနာ ထွန်းကားပြန့်ပွားရေးအတွက် ဆရာတော်၏ ထူးခြားပြောင်မြောက်သော သာသနာပြု ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များတို့ကို လျှောက်ထားခဲ့ပါသည်။
ထို့နောက် ဧည့်ပရိတ်သတ်များမှ ဆရာတော်ထံမှ ရှစ်ပါးသီလခံယူဆောက်တည်ကြပြီး ဓမ္မစကြာ တရားနာယူခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားသို့ မြန်မာသံရုံးမှ ဝန်ထမ်းမိသားစုများနှင့် ရတနာ ဝိပဿနာကျောင်းတိုက် ဓမ္မမိသားစုများ၊ ဒါယိကာ၊ ဒါယိကာမများ၊ ဖိတ်ကြားထားသည့် ဧည့်သည်တော်များ စုစုပေါင်း (၁၀၀) ခန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
