မြန်မာသံရုံး၊ ကတ္တမန္ဒူးမြို့မှ ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ (၇၇)နှစ်မြောက် လွတ်လပ်ရေးနေ့နှင့် (၆၅)နှစ်မြောက် မြန်မာ-နီပေါ နှစ်နိုင်ငံ သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံမှု ထူထောင်ခြင်း အထိမ်းအမှတ်ဧည့်ခံပွဲ အခမ်းအနားကို ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၄ ရက်နေ့ ယမန်နေ့ ညနေပိုင်းတွင် ကတ္တမန္ဒူးမြို့၊ Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Hotel တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ နီပေါနိုင်ငံ၊ ဒုတိယသမ္မတ Rt. Hon’ble Mr. Ramsahay Prasad Yadav က အထူးဧည့်သည်တော်အဖြစ် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး နီပေါနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် အခြားသော ဝန်ကြီးဌာနများမှ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာအကြီးအကဲများနှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ ကတ္တမန္ဒူးမြို့အခြေစိုက် နိုင်ငံခြားသံရုံးများမှ သံအမတ်ကြီးများ၊ သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံများ၊ နီပေါ-မြန်မာ စက်မှုလက်မှု ကုန်သည်ကြီးများ အပါအဝင် နီပေါစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်ကြီးများ၊ နီပေါ-မြန်မာ ချစ်ကြည်ရေးအသင်း အပါအဝင် အသင်းအဖွဲ့များမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ အခြားဖိတ်ကြားထားသောဧည့်သည်များ စုစုပေါင်း (၁၀၀)ဦးခန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

အစီအစဉ်အရ မြန်မာနှင့် နီပေါ နိုင်ငံတော်သီချင်းများဖြင့် အခမ်းအနားကို စတင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ပြီး နီပေါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဝဏ္ဏကျော်ထင် ဦးမျိုးမြင့်မောင်က အထိမ်းအမှတ် အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ရာတွင် ယနေ့အခမ်းအနားသည် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၄ ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျရောက်ခဲ့သည့် (၇၇)နှစ်မြောက် လွတ်လပ်ရေးနေ့နှင့် မကြာမီကာလ မတ်လ ၁၉ ရက်တွင် ကျရောက်မည့် (၆၅)နှစ်မြောက် မြန်မာ-နီပေါ နှစ်နိုင်ငံသံတမန်ဆက်ဆံမှု ထူထောင်ခြင်း အထိမ်းအမှတ် အခမ်းအနား(၂)ခုကို ပူးတွဲပြုလုပ်သည့် အရေးပါသော နေ့ထူးနေ့ရက် တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လွတ်လပ်ရေးရရှိအောင် တစ်စိုက်မတ်မတ် အားသွန်ခွန်စိုက် ကြိုးပမ်း ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သူများကို ချီးကျူးဂုဏ်ယူ မှတ်တမ်းတင် ဂုဏ်ပြုပါကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ သမိုင်းကြောင်းနှင့် ပထဝီအနေအထားတို့အရ လွတ်လပ်ရေးရရှိပြီးချိန်မှစ၍ အစိုးရအဆက်ဆက် သည် ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာအတူ ယှဉ်တွဲနေထိုင်ရေးမူကြီး(၅)ရပ်ကို နိုင်ငံခြားရေးမူဝါဒ၏ အခြေခံမူအဖြစ် တစ်စိုက်မတ်မတ်ကျင့်သုံးခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ လက်ရှိတွင်လည်း လွတ်လပ်၍ တက်ကြွပြီး ဘက်မလိုက်သော နိုင်ငံခြားရေးမူဝါဒကို ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ အတူယှဉ်တွဲနေထိုင်ရေးမူနှင့်အညီ ဆက်လက်ကျင့်သုံးလျက်ရှိ ကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာ-နီပေါ နှစ်နိုင်ငံသည် ၁၉၆၀ ခုနှစ် တရားဝင်သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေး မထူထောင်မီကပင် သမိုင်းကြောင်း ရှည်ကြာစွာ ရင်းနှီးချစ်ခင်စွာ အပြန်အလှန် ပေါင်းသင်းခဲ့သည့် ဆက်ဆံရေးမျိုးဖြစ်ပြီး ပြည်သူ အချင်းချင်းကြားတွင်လည်း ဖော်ရွေခင်မင်သော အပြန်အလှန် ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုရှိကြောင်း စသည်ဖြင့် ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

ယင်းနောက် လှပသာယာပြည်မြန်မာ မှတ်တမ်းဗီဒီယို ဖွင့်လှစ်ပြသခဲ့ပြီး ဒုတိယသမ္မတ နှင့်အတူ အခမ်းအနား တက်ရောက်လာသည့် သံအမတ်ကြီးများ မှတ်တမ်းတင် ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်ကူးခြင်း တို့ ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ယင်းနောက် တက်ရောက်လာသည့် ဧည့်သည်တော်များအား မြန်မာ-နီပေါ စားဖွယ်စုံများဖြင့် ညစာတည်ခင်း ဧည့်ခံခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။ 

ယခုကျင်းပသည့် အခမ်းအနားသည် (၇၇)နှစ်မြောက် လွတ်လပ်ရေးနေ့နှင့် (၆၅)နှစ်မြောက် မြန်မာ-နီပေါ သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေးထူထောင်မှုအထိမ်းအမှတ် အခမ်းအနားအဖြစ် ကျင်းပခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပြီး မြန်မာနှင့် နီပေါ နှစ်နိုင်ငံတို့သည် ၁၉၆၀ ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ ၁၉ ရက်နေ့တွင် တရားဝင် သံတမန် ဆက်ဆံမှု ထူထောင်ခြင်း မပြုမီကာလကပင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား သမိုင်းကြောင်း ရှည်ကြာသည့် အပြန်အလှန် ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုနှင့် ဘာသာရေးနှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးမှုကို အခြေခံသော ပေါင်းသင်း ဆက်ဆံမှုတို့ ရှိခဲ့သည့် နိုင်ငံများဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။

The Embassy of Myanmar in Kathmandu hosted a reception to celebrate the 77th Independence Day and 65th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Myanmar and Nepal at Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Hotel in Kathmandu on 4th February 2025 in the evening.  

The reception was graced by the Rt. Hon’ble Mr. Ramsahay Prasad Yadav, Vice President of the Government of Nepal and attended by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and from other Ministries, by Ambassadors, Charge’d Affairs from the diplomatic missions in Nepal, Honorary Consul Generals in Nepal, Nepalese Entrepreneurs and Businessmen including Nepal Myanmar Chamber of Commerce, some Nepalese Association and Organizations including Nepal-Myanmar Friendship Association and other invited guests.  

According to the agenda, the reception was commenced by the Nepal-Myanmar National Anthems. During the commemorative reception, Wunna Kyaw Htin U Myo Myint Maung, Ambassador of Myanmar to Nepal delivered a speech that today’s reception was the significant and essential day as it was doubly celebrated the 77th Independence Day, which falls on 4th January and the 65th Anniversary of the establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Myanmar and Nepal, which falls on the 19th March 1960. He sincerely expressed appreciation to those who constantly made efforts to regain Independence and reiterated that the successive government practices the Independence, Active and Non-aligned Policy while upholding the five peaceful principles of co-existence according to the history and geography location of Myanmar. Furthermore, he stressed that Myanmar and Nepal have been friendly relations before establishing the official diplomatic relations in 1960 and the friendly connection between two peoples. 

At the reception, presentation of the Video Clip on the Beauty of Myanmar, group photo session with the Rt Hon’ble Vice President and Excellencies were conducted and the guests were served with Buffet dinner including Myanmar and Nepal special foods.  

It is learnt that the reception was celebrated for 77th Independence Day and 65th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Myanmar and Nepal. The relations between Myanmar and Nepal have friendly enjoyed relations for many centuries before the establishment of official diplomatic ties on 19th March 1960, based on shared religions, culture and people to people exchanges.
