အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံ၊ ဂျကာတာမြို့ရှိ အာဆီယံအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်ရုံး၌ အာဆီယံ လူမှု-ယဉ်ကျေးမှု အသိုက်အဝန်းဆိုင်ရာ ဒုတိယအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်ရာထူးတွင် သံအမတ်ကြီး (အငြိမ်းစား) ဦးစံလွင်က ၁-၁၁-၂၀၂၄ ရက်မှစတင်၍ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။
၁-၁၁-၂၀၂၄ ရက်တွင် အာဆီယံအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ် ဒေါက်တာ ကောင်ကင်မ်ဟွန်က သံအမတ်ကြီး (အငြိမ်းစား) ဦးစံလွင်အား အာဆီယံအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်ရုံး၌ တွေ့ဆုံ နှုတ်ဆက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် ကျမ်းသစ္စာကျိန်ဆိုသည့် အခမ်းအနားကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး အာဆီယံ အတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်က လူမှု-ယဉ်ကျေးမှု အသိုက်အဝန်း မဏ္ဍိုင်အောက်မှ ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
သံအမတ်ကြီး (အငြိမ်းစား) ဦးစံလွင်သည် အာဆီယံ လူမှု-ယဉ်ကျေးမှု အသိုက်အဝန်း ဆိုင်ရာ ဒုတိယအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်အဖြစ် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၂၇ ခုနှစ်အထိ (၃) နှစ်တာ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

The Oath-taking Ceremony of H.E. San Lwin as the Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community has held

H.E. U San Lwin, Ambassador (RTD), took over the role of Deputy Secretary-General (DSG) of ASEAN for ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, Indonesia starting from 1 November 2024.
On 1 November 2024, Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, presided over the oath-taking ceremony, which marked the beginning of DSG U San Lwin’s term. The ceremony was followed by the introductory meeting to briefly discuss the ongoing process as well as the other important follow-up under the ASCC Community Pillar.
H.E. U San Lwin will be taking the role of Deputy Secretary-General (DSG) of ASEAN for ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) for three-year term from 2024 to 2027.
