H.E. U Thant Sin, Ambassador of Myanmar to Nepal, attended Waso (Vassa) Robe Offering Ceremony at International Buddhist Meditation Center (IBMC) in Kathmandu on 25 July 2026 at 0900 hrs.
During the ceremony, Mr. Pratek Ratna Tamrakar, President of the IBMC and the Myanmar Ambassador, delivered welcoming remarks to the distinguished guests. The ceremony then proceeded with the observance of the Eight Precepts administered by Venerable Sayadaw Bhaddanta Panyasiri, followed by a sermon delivered by the Sayadaw.
The Ambassador, Embassy staff and the family members offered the Waso (Vassa) Robes and donated other offertories to the Sayadaw. After the ceremony, the Ambassador toured around the International Buddhist Meditation Center.

မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး IBMC ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သော ဝါဆိုသင်္ကန်းဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းသည့် အခမ်း အနားသို့ တက်ရောက်

နီပေါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးသန့်စင် သည် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၂၅ ရက်နေ့၊ ၀၉၀၀ နာရီတွင် ကတ္တမန္ဒူးမြို့၊ International Buddhist Meditation Center (IBMC) ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် ဝါဆိုသင်္ကန်းဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းသည့်အခမ်းအနားသို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အခမ်းအနားတွင် IBMC ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Mr. Pratek Ratna Tamrakar နှင့် မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီးတို့က ဧည့်ပရိတ်သတ်များအား နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်စကားများအသီးသီးပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် ဧည့်ပရိတ်သတ်များသည် ကျောင်းထိုင်ဆရာတော် ဘဒ္ဒန္တပညာသီရိ ထံမှ ရှစ်ပါးသီလခံယူ ဆောက်တည်၍ တရားတော်ကို နာယူခဲ့ကြပြီး သံအမတ်ကြီးနှင့် သံရုံးဝန်ထမ်းမိသားစုများက ဝါဆိုသင်္ကန်းနှင့် လှူဖွယ်ပစ္စည်းများ ဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားအပြီးတွင် သံအမတ်ကြီးသည် International Buddhist Meditation Center အား လှည့်လည်လေ့လာ ကြည့်ရှုခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
