H.E. U Thant Sin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar received Dr. Jaya Kumar Gurung and Dr. Tara Nidhi Bhattria, President and Vice President of Nepal Development Research Institute (NDRI), at Myanmar Embassy on 5 May 2026 at 1030 hrs.

During the meeting, President of the Institute Dr. Jaya Kumar Gurung briefed on the government recognized think tank, which is composed of academic experts with wealth of national and international experiences that conducts quality researches, seminars and cooperation programs. After that, the President of NDRI extended an invitation to the Ambassador to grace the “23rd Annual Day Program of the Institute” to be held in May 2026 organized by the NDRI.

In addition, they discussed the prospects for holding Myanmar–Nepal education policy seminars as well as seminars of common interest and explored potential areas of cooperation with the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MISIS).

နီပေါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးသန့်စင် သည် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၅ ရက်နေ့၊ နံနက် ၁၀၃၀ နာရီတွင် Nepal Development Research Institute (NDRI) ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Dr. Jaya Kumar Gurung နှင့် ဒုတိယဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Dr. Tara Nidhi Bhattrai တို့အား သံရုံးဧည့်ခန်းမ၌ လက်ခံ တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါသည်။

တွေ့ဆုံရာတွင် NDRI ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Dr. Jaya Kumar Gurung က ၎င်းဦးဆောင်တာဝန်ယူ ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသည့် အစိုးရအသိအမှတ်ပြု Think Tank အဖွဲ့သည် ပြည်တွင်းပြည်ပအတွေ့ အကြုံရှိသော အသိပညာရှင်၊ အတတ်ပညာရှင်များနှင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသော သုတေသန ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များ၊ ဟောပြောဆွေးနွေးပွဲများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအစီအစဉ်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ကြောင်း ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလအတွင်း ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်မည့် “23rd Annual Day Program of the Institute” သို့ တက်ရောက်နိုင်ရေး သံအမတ်ကြီးအား ဖိတ်ကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

ထို့ပြင် အနာဂတ်တွင် မြန်မာနှင့်နီပေါ ပညာရေးမူဝါဒဆိုင်ရာနှင့် အခြားနှစ်ဖက်အလေးထား သည့်ကဏ္ဍများနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့်နှီးနှောဖလှယ်ပွဲများ ကျင်းပနိုင်ရေးနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမဟာ ဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာလေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့ (MISIS) နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မှုအခြေအနေများ နှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
