ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးလွင်ဦးသည် ရုရှားဖက်ဒရေးရှင်း နိုင်ငံ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများဉီးစီးဌာန၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်ဖြစ်သူ Mr. Pyotr ILYICHEV အား ၂၀-၁၁-၂၀၂၄ ရက် (ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့) ၊ (၁၃၃၀) နာရီအချိန်တွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာန၌ လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့သည်။
ထိုသို့ တွေ့ဆုံစဉ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ရုရှားနိုင်ငံတို့အကြား ရှိရင်းစွဲ နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ဆက်ဆံရေး ကို ပိုမိုမြှင့်တင်ရေးနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည့် အလားအလာများနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။ ထို့နောက် မြန်မာ-ရုရှား၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနများအကြား ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် အဆင့်ဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ဆက်လက်ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ကုလသမဂ္ဂနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာမျက်နှာစာ၌ နီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည့် အလားအလာများအပေါ် အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။
အစည်းအဝေးနှင့် ဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိကြီး များနှင့် ရန်ကုန်မြို့၊ ရုရှားသံရုံးမှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ရုရှားသံအမတ်ကြီး H.E. Mr. Iskander Azizov တို့ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြသည်။

U Lwin Oo, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar receives Mr. Pyotr ILYICHEV, Director of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation at 13:30 hrs on 20 November 2024 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they discussed about strengthening the existing relations between Myanmar and Russia and exploring potentials for cooperation in the fields of mutual interest. Afterwards, Director-General Level consultation between two foreign ministries was held on closer cooperation and potentials areas of cooperation at UN and international fora.
Also present at the meeting and consultation were the senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and H.E. Mr. Iskander Azizov, Russian Ambassador to Myanmar from the Embassy of Russian Federation in Yangon.
