နီပေါနိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ရမ်ချန်ဒရာ ပေါ်လ်ဒဲသည် နှစ်စဉ် ဥပဒေပြုလွှတ်တော်၏ ပထမအစည်းအဝေးတွင် လွှတ်တော် (၂) ရပ် ပူးတွဲကျင်းပသည့်အစည်းအဝေး၌ အစိုးရ၏ မူဝါဒနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ တင်ပြခြင်းကို ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၂ ရက်နေ့၊ နေ့လယ်ပိုင်းတွင် ကတ္တမန္ဒူးမြို့၊ International Convention Hall၊ လွှတ်တော်အဆောက်အဦသစ်တွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ ဖိတ်ကြားချက်အရ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ ပါသည်။
နီပေါနိုင်ငံ၏ အခြေခံဥပဒေအရ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဝန်ကြီးသည် ခန့်မှန်းနှစ်တစ်နှစ်၏ မေလကုန်ပိုင်းတွင် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးအစီအမံကို တင်ပြရပြီး ယင်းသို့ မတင်ပြမီတွင် သမ္မတကြီးက လွှတ်တော် (၂) ရပ်အပါအဝင် ဥပဒေပြုရေး၊ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးနှင့် တရားစီရင်ရေးမဏ္ဍိုင်တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေကြသူ အားလုံးကို အစိုးရက ဆောင်ရွက်မည့် မူဝါဒနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကို ပြောကြားရသည့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းအရ ဆောင်ရွက်သည့် နိုင်ငံတော်အဆင့် အခမ်းအနားတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သမ္မတကတင်ပြသည့် မူဝါဒနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးနှစ်၏ လျာထားမှု ရေးဆွဲရာတွင် လုပ်ငန်းလမ်းညွှန်အဓိက အခြေခံ အချက်များအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
ယခုကျင်းပသည့် အစီအစဉ်သည် ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ ကျင်းပသော တရားဝင် အခမ်း အနားတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ဥပဒေပြုလွှတ်တော် (၂) ရပ်၏ နှစ်စဉ် အစည်းအဝေးဖွင့်ပွဲ အခမ်းအနားလည်း ဖြစ်ကာ နီပေါနိုင်ငံ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေး၊ တရားစီရင်ရေးနှင့်၊ ဥပဒေပြုရေးကဏ္ဍများမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၊ အစိုးရအဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၊ နီပေါနိုင်ငံအခြေစိုက် နိုင်ငံခြားသံရုံးများမှ သံတမန်များ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာ အဖွဲ့ အစည်းများမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ နှင့် ပုဂ္ဂလိက အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

Myanmar Ambassador attends Inaugural Joint Session of the Nepal Parliament addressed by the President of Nepal

(Kathmandu, May 2)

On May 2 2025, Myanmar Ambassador to Nepal, H.E. U Myo Myint Maung, by the official invitation extended by the Government of Nepal, attended the official ceremony at which the President of Nepal, His Excellency Mr. Ramchandra Paudel, delivered an address to the inaugural joint session of the two Houses of the Federal Parliament of Nepal. The event was held at the new Parliament Building in Kathmandu.
In accordance with the Constitution of Nepal, the President annually addresses the Federal Parliament at the commencement of its legislative session, prior to the submission of the national budget. In his address, President Paudel outlined the Government’s principal policy direction and strategic initiatives for the fiscal year 2025-2026.
As stipulated by the Constitution, the Minister of Finance will subsequently present the annual budget by the end of May, which the policies and programs articulated by the President serve as a foundational framework for the formulation of the budget.
This event served as the formal, constitutionally mandated ceremony that officially inaugurated the annual session of Nepal’s Federal Parliament. It was attended by high-ranking officials from Nepal’s executive, legislative, and judicial branches, Cabinet members, Ambassadors and diplomats from foreign mission based in Nepal, representatives of International Organizations and representatives from the private sector.
