(၇၇) နှစ်မြောက် လွတ်လပ်ရေးနေ့ကို ကြိုဆိုဂုဏ်ပြုသောအားဖြင့် နိုင်ငံတော်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေး ကောင်စီ၏ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာ အမှတ် (၁/၂၀၂၅) (၁၃၈၆ ခုနှစ် ပြာသိုလဆန်း ၆ ရက်) ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၄ ရက်နေ့ရက်စွဲဖြင့် သာသနာတော်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်တော်များ ဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ရာတွင် “မဟာသဒ္ဓမ္မဇောတိကဓဇ” ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်တော် ဆက်ကပ်ချီးမြှင့်ခံခဲ့ရသည့် နီပေါနိုင်ငံ၊ ကတ္တမန္ဒူးမြို့ရှိ၊ Dhamakirti Vihar ကျောင်းတိုက်ဦးစီး သီလရှင်ဆရာကြီး ဒေါ်သုဓမ္မဝတီထံသို့ နိုင်ငံတော် အစိုးရကိုယ်စား နီပေါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ၊ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမျိုးမြင့်မောင်က သွားရောက် ဆက်ကပ် လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ နီပေါနိုင်ငံ လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၊ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး၊ သံရုံးဝန်ထမ်းနှင့် မိသားစုဝင်များ၊ DhamaKirti Vihar ကျောင်းတိုက် ဂေါပကအဖွဲ့ဝင်များ နှင့် ရပ်မိရပ်ဖများ၊ နီပေါနိုင်ငံမှ ဗုဒ္ဓသာသာဝင် ဧည့်ပရိတ်သတ်များ အင်အား (၂၀၀) ခန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ ကြပါသည်။
အခမ်းအနားကို နမောတဿ သုံးကြိမ်ရွတ်ဆို ဘုရားကန်တော့၍ ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ပြီး မြန်မာ သံအမတ်ကြီးက အခမ်းအနားကျင်းပရခြင်းနှင့် ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်တော် ဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းရခြင်းကို လျှောက်ထားတင်ပြပြီး၊ နီပေါနိုင်ငံ လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်က အမှာစကားပြောကြားပါသည်။ ယင်းနောက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရ (ကိုယ်စား) သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမျိုးမြင့်မောင်က “မဟာသဒ္ဓမ္မ ဇောတိကဓဇ” ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်တော်ကို သီလရှင်ဆရာကြီး ဒေါ်သုဓမ္မဝတီထံ ဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ပါသည်။
၎င်းနောက် ဘွဲ့ခံသီလရှင်ဆရာကြီးမှ အမှတ်တရဓမ္မစကားများ မြွက်ကြားခဲ့ပြီး၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့သည့် မန္တလေးငလျင်ကြီးကြောင့် ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးမှုများဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သည့် စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့ရှိ သီတဂူ ကမ္ဘာ့ ဗုဒ္ဓတက္ကသိုလ်နှင့် သာသနိကအဆောက်အဦများ အပါအဝင် ပြန်လည် ထူထောင်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် လိုအပ်သလိုသုံးစွဲနိုင်ရန်အတွက် သီတဂူ ဆရာတော်အရှင်ဉာဏိဿရထံ နီပေါ ရူပီး (၂၅) သိန်း နှင့် အမေရိကန် ဒေါ်လာ (၁,၀၀၀) လှူဒါန်းရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီးက ဆရာတော်ကြီး (ကိုယ်စား) အလှူငွေ လက်ခံရယူပြီး၊ အလှူငွေလက်ခံမှတ်တမ်းလွှာအား ပြန်လည်ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဆက်လက်၍ မန္တလေးငလျင်ကြီးကြောင့် ထိခိုက်သေဆုံးခဲ့ရသည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ပြည်သူများအတွက် သီလရှင်ဆရာကြီး ဦးစီး၍ တက်ရောက်လာကြသူများက တောင်းဆုပြု အမျှပေးဝေခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ယင်းနောက် ဘွဲ့ခံသီလရှင် ဆရာကြီး ဒေါ်သုဓမ္မဝတီထံ မြန်မာသံရုံး၊ ကတ္တမန္ဒူးမြို့အပါအဝင် အလှူရှင်မိသားစုများက လှူဖွယ်ပစ္စည်းများ ဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းခြင်း၊ ကျောင်းတော်ကြီး၏ ဘဏ္ဍာရေး တာဝန်ခံမှ ကျေးဇူးတင်စကား ပြန်လည်ပြောကြားခြင်း၊ အမှတ်တရ ဓာတ်ပုံများ ရိုက်ကူးခြင်း တို့ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး “ဗုဒ္ဓသာသနံ စိရံ တိဌတု” သုံးကြိမ်ရွတ်ဆို ဆုတောင်း၍ အခမ်းအနားကို ရုတ်သိမ်းခဲ့ ပါသည်။
သီလရှင်ဆရာကြီး သမီးချစ်သည် ယခုအခါ သက်တော် (၉၂) နှစ် ရှိပြီဖြစ်ပြီး ဘဝတာ တစ်လျှောက်လုံး ထေရဝါဒ ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ တိုးတက်စည်ပင် ထွန်းကားပြန့်ပွားရေးကို တစ်စိုက်မတ်မတ် ကြိုးပမ်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကြောင့် သာသနာတော်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်နှင့် အသိအမှတ်ပြု လက်မှတ်များစွာ ဆက်ကပ်ခြင်းခံခဲ့ရပြီး ယင်းဘွဲ့တံဆိပ်များတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရက အဂ္ဂမဟာဂန္တဝါစက ပဏ္ဍိတ ဘွဲ့ (၁၉၉၂ ခုနှစ်)၊ နီပေါနိုင်ငံအစိုးရက Jnanmala Ratnavata Sirpaa ဘွဲ့ (၁၉၉၅ ခုနှစ်)၊ Lumbini Buddhist University (နီပေါ) မှ ဂုဏ်ထူးဆောင် စာပေပါရဂူဘွဲ့ (၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်) တို့လည်း အပါအဝင် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ယခုထပ်မံ၍ ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရ၊ နိုင်ငံတော်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေး ကောင်စီက မဟာသဒ္ဓမ္မဇောတိကဓဇဘွဲ့တံဆိပ် ချီးမြှင့်ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
သီလရှင်ဆရာကြီးသည် နီပေါနိုင်ငံတွင် သာမက ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများဖြစ်သော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အပါ အဝင် ထိုင်း၊ အိန္ဒိယ၊ ဂျပန်၊ တရုတ်၊ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား၊ အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု၊ သီရိလင်္ကာ စသည့် နိုင်ငံ များသို့လည်း သွားရောက်ပြီး ထေရဝါဒ ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ သာသနာပြုလုပ်ငန်းများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာနိုင်ငံများ၏ ဘာသာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် တက်ကြွစွာ ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နေသူဖြစ်ပါ သည်။

Myanmar Ambassador presents the “MAHASADDHAMMAJOTIKADHAJA” religious title to Daw Thudhammawati (aka) Thamee Chit from Nepal conferred by the State Administration Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar

On the occasion of the 77th Anniversary of Independence Day of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the Government of Myanmar conferred Maha Saddhammajotikadhaja Religious Title to Daw Thudhammawati, the presiding nun of Dhama Kirti Vihar Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal. On behalf of the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Myanmar Ambassador to Nepal, H.E. U Myo Myint Maung, formally presented the honorary title and insignia on April 21, 2025, at Dhama Kirti Vihar Monastery.
The conferral ceremony was attended by (200) attendees including Members of Parliament of Nepal, Myanmar Ambassador, Embassy officials and their families, members of the Dhama Kirti Vihar’s trustee board, local residents, and Buddhist devotees from Nepal.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of “Namo Tassa” three times, paying reverent homage to the Buddha, thereby formally inaugurating the proceedings. Subsequently, H.E. U Myo Myint Maung, Myanmar Ambassador to Nepal, gives remarks on the purpose of the ceremony and the conferment of the title, followed by remarks of the Member of Parliament of Nepal. Acting on behalf of the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the Ambassador conferred the prestigious title upon Daw Thudhammawati.
Following the conferral, the title recipient delivered a commemorative Dhamma discourse, sharing words of gratitude and spiritual reflection with those in attendance. In the spirit of compassion, a donation of NPR 2,500,000(Twenty-Five Hundred Thousand Nepalese Rupees) and US Dollar (1,000) was offered to the Most Venerable Sayadaw of Sitagu International Buddhist Academy, Abhidhaja Maha Rattha Guru Sitagu Sayadaw Dr. Nyanissara. The donation is intended to support the reconstruction and restoration efforts including the Sitagu World Buddhist University and associated religious infrastructure in Sagaing Region, Myanmar, which sustained significant damage due to the recent major earthquake centered in Mandalay. The donation was received on behalf of Sitagu Sayadaw by the Ambassador, and subsequently issued and returned an official receipt to Daw Thudhammawati. Furthermore, Daw Thudhammawati led the attendees in offering prayers and shared merit for the people of Myanmar who were affected and lost their lives in the earthquake.
Furthermore, members of the Myanmar Embassy and devotees offered religious requisites as tokens of devotion and esteem. Treasurer of Dhamakirti Vihar delivered words of thanks and commemorative photos were taken to mark the occasion. The ceremony concluded with the recitation of “Buddha Sasanam Ciram Titthatu” three times.
Daw Thudhammawati, now aged 92, has dedicated her life to the spread and development of Theravada Buddhism. For her tireless efforts, she has received various honors, including the Agga Maha Gandawasa Pandiṭa title from the Myanmar government in 1992, the Jnanmala Ratnavata Sirpaa award from the Nepal government in 1995, and the Honorary Doctor of Philosophy from the Lumbini Buddhist University of Nepal in 2024.
She has worked with religious organizations in various countries, including Myanmar, Thailand, India, Japan, China, Cambodia, the United States, Sri Lanka, and others. Daw Thudhammawati actively collaborating with these countries to promote Theravada Buddhism and religious work.
